Cedar View Adult Family Home is  nestled in a quiet Edmonds community. We have beautiful gardens and patio areas for residents to enjoy. We are located in a perfect, easily-accessible location, just minutes away from a Steven’s hospital and NW Hospital, shopping and restaurants.

We recognize the fact that choosing a care community for a loved one is a difficult decision. Therefore, Cedar View strives to provide supportive understanding to our residents and their families. You'll find us to be highly skilled at providing care.

As part of our family we seek to enhance the quality of life for our residents both physically and mentally as well as provide the necessary stimulation for emotional spiritual and social well-being.

Cedar View Adult Family Home provides an affordable alternative for those individuals that require an increased level of care not provided at adult retirement communities nor desire the institutional atmosphere of a nursing home.

Cedar View Adult Family Home provides an intimate home atmosphere personalized for your family needs. Inside our home you will find a dignified and loving environment provided by a quality staff, consisting of Certified Nursing Assistants with a commitment to provide the highest level of professional care.

The owner has a degree in Social Work with background in gerontology.

Bathrooms are equipped with safety devices and transfer equipment. Assistance with personal hygiene and all assisted living needs.

Nutritional home-cooked meals and snacks prepared daily with special dietary and religious needs provided for as needed.

Haircuts, permanents, manicures, pedicures and other needs may be arranged to be done in the home.

Activities at Cedar View are designed to include each resident's specific hobbies and interests.

Cedar View AFH is located in Edmonds. Our residents typically come from the surrounding communities; Lynnwood, Shoreline, Seattle, Mountlake Terrace, Richmond Beach, Brier, Seattle. They come to us from; their own homes, retirement communities, assisted living, rehab facilities, nursing homes and other similar senior/elder care facilities.
